apple care plans

Can I purchase an Apple Care plan if my phone is not a new phone. I've owned it for 23 months and would like to purchase protection.

23 months is about 2 years, really too late. You have 60 days to buy Apple Care Plus, after you buy brand new iPhone. Apple Care Plus covers iPhones for two years, so like I wrote, too late.
