Up until a few days ago, I received notifications and a badge on my voicemail icon when I had a voicemail. My carrier has reset my mailbox. But still my only option is to call my number and enter a pin to see if I have any new message and to listen to them. How can I get my visual voicemail back?

UPDATE: I've been on the phone for hours with Straight Talk trying to get this resolved. I was on hold with them when I published this issue. When the representative came back on the line, she said she was going to have an upper level specialist take a look. And within a minute, notifications popped up and my voicemail was visible again. How frustrating for sure. But so glad I'm back up and running.
