When i woke up this morning, my iPhone XR display was blurry. I followed the restarting instructions, but the Turn off slider does not display.
Notifications work, but when I click on them the apps don't display.
I can't answer phone calls either.

Reboot your iPhone:
Press and quickly release volume up button
Then press and quickly release volume down button
Then press and keep holding the power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until you see the Apple Logo, then let go
