It's not important what the folders are called, you can alway change it to whatever you like.
There's no Siri app and Siri is builtin since iPhone 5s.
Since iOS 12, there's a Shortcuts app where you can create shortcuts with Siri.

FYI, You are now asking a different question and it's best to start a new thread for that.
That way is also easy for other users to find answer for the same/similar question.
Hello, I don't have that APP and when I tried to find it in the Apple APP store it wasn't by APPLE but by other people. I didn't know if the 1st one was reliable because he was from a different country.
Relax and search for Find My on your iPad. Swipe down from about the center of the iPad to open the Search screen. Type Find My, and it should let you know where it is. It should appear under Applications, and it should tell you the name of the folder it is located in to the right of the name.
Thank you for Replying to my issue.
I have an iPhone 6s and there is nothing on the Home screens called “Folders.”
I have 3 app folders & they are called “utilities”, “Entertainment” and “Navigation”. But sigh . . . As I said, none are called “folders”.
The “Utilities” has 2 apps in it; the “Entertainment” folder has 3 apps in it, and the “Navigation”folder has 1 app in it.
if I swipe to the previous screen, it is called, “Add Widgets”. All of the widgets are ones that are on my 2 home screens.
one widget is called “Siri app Suggestions”: but, for example if I select “Siri App Suggestions” and I would like to have a “Siri” app but I don’t know how to turn it on.
the only thing I can do with “Siri App Suggestions” is Remove it.
when I write, “how do I download the Siri app? It just gives me all the things Siri can do, but it doesn’t tell me how to download the Siri app?
It's not in settings. It's in the "Find My" app.
reply @2: thank you - I just found the "find my" app. !
Reply #3: my "find my" app looks different on my iphone than it does on my ipad.
That's because your iPad runs a modified version of iOS called iPadOS.
If you have iOS 13.x on your iPhone, you will find the "Find My" app in your
Extras folder,
This new app merged Find My Friends & Find My iPhone apps together.
Amazing! I don't even have an EXTRAS folder on either my iphone of my ipad!
but, thank you - you have been a lot of help!
You're welcome.
In iOS 13.3 The "Extras" folder is called "Folder" 😇
A Rose is a Rose....
I don't have FIND MY FRIENDS either! and, they're all lost!
As said the 2 apps (FMF & FMiP) are merged together.
They are no longer available.
