Storage

Hello!

i keep receiving information that my iCloud storage is almost and today I received email that I have exceeded my storage plan. That is not true, I have used only 10 GB of 32(I can see that in Settings). What is the problem?

iPhone 6s, iOS 12

The 10 of 32 that you are seeing in Settings is the storage on your phone, not your iCloud Storage (there is no 32GB iCloud storage plan).

To see your iCloud storage, go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Storage.
