Best way of charging my iPhone

Just got my new iPhone 11 Pro and I'm curious how to preserve the battery health of my device.

If I start the day with full battery, I usually get home in the evening with 30-50% charge.

Is better to do a fast charge every night (up until 80-90%) or to leave it on a (slow) wireless charger over night?

I heard about both (wireless charging and fast charging) damaging the battery in the long run, but I can't imagine Apple shipping a product with a fast charger in the box that can damage it more than a regular one. Same goes for wireless charging, though they don't actually ship a wireless charger with the phone.

The bottom line is that it's a battery and will eventually need to be replaced. It doesn't matter that much when or how often you charge a lithium ion battery.

I charge my iphones overnight, everynight since 2008 (3g model), even if their charging level is more than 60-70%, and all my models batteries lasted 2,5-3 years (at least).

If possible, DO NOT leave the battery level go down below 20%.

Battery Health is calculated / measured by cycles:

1 charging cycle = from 0 to 100%

1/2 charging cycle = from 50 to 100%

1/4 charging cycle = from 75 to 100%... and so on

Neither Fast charging nor Wireless charging, using Apple or MFI (Made For IPhone) certified chargers, can damage your battery lifespan.

Thank you for your quick answer!

You cannot overcharge it, that's true, but there are lots of theories that say keeping your battery between 50% and 80% will damage it less over time.

Also, the thing that seems to be damaging the battery most is the heat, and I don't know which generates more heat: fast charging or wireless charging? If the heat level is the same, then fast charging seems to be the better option, since it spends less time charging (30-60 minutes).
