I was attempting to use speech to text in the App Store for a review, but it would cut off after approximately 1 to 2 seconds. I’ve restarted the iPad but there was no change. I have the iPad Pro (10.5-inch). It works elsewhere.
Can anyone else duplicate this issue?

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
