Hello BenhoN,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand some columns are missing in Activity Monitor. I'll do what I can to help get them to return.
The columns to view will be in the 'View' menu in Activity Monitor up top. After clicking View, then go to 'Columns' and selected the columns you want visible. You can also control- or right-click where the column are supposed to be and check the ones you want visible.
Cheers.
@BreeZee_17 Thanks for your reply.
The Activity Monitor is keep default settings and has not been modified. Is there any way to reset the configuration of the Activity Monitor?

Hi dialabrain, Can not found the file on macOS Catalina.
While in the Finder, press "command shift G". Copy and paste the line I posted and hit enter.
@dialabrain, thank you!
after deleting the file, the activity monitor content can be displayed normally!
You're welcome.
