My phone is not downloading app or their updates.
On what iphone model? with what iOS version? What happens when you try? Are you getting an error message?

The model is iPhone 8 plus. iSo is 13.1. No I’m not getting a message. The. Circle keeps spinning and it is not downloading.
Are you connected to a reliable and possibly fast wifi network?
Yes. I’m correct to WiFi. It only started after the update to iSo 13.1
