pop up message in Catalina update

I'm getting pop up message "helpermcp will damage your computer you should move it to bin. When. Doing it is again popping up .resulting. Unable to open any application this is happing once I have upgraded to Catalina today

Please help!

I understand from your post that after updating your Mac to macOS Catalina you are receiving a message saying, "helpermcp will damage your computer you should move it to bin." This is preventing you from opening any applications. I recommend testing the issue while your Mac is in safe mode and/or in a new user account. This will help determine the cause of the issue.
