After updating my Iphone SE to 13.1 night shift no longer shows the option sunset-sundown, only time setting. Reinstalling doens't help and my Ipad does show the option on 13.1. Anyone with the same problem?

Found the solution through a suggestion on a dutch user forum. Location services was not enabled for system adjustments. After I enabled it the 'sunset to sunrise' option is there again.

I know where it should be but it isn't there anymore on 13.1.2.
Must be a bug. I have the option to set it manually, and i also have 13.1.2 installed.
