Greetings,
Since I have updated my iPhone (to iOS 13) and Apple Watch Series 4 (to watchOS 6), the request for Siri Shortcuts actions from Apple Watch doesn't work anymore. The request gives message:
"Sorry, Shortcuts is currently unavailable on Apple Watch".
On iOS 12 Siri Shortcuts requests made from Apple Watch were working fine.
Can anybody explain the problem and advise solutions?

Siri Shortcuts are active again on Watch since watchOS 6.1!
Great to have them back! Question is solved.
I too am having this issue as well. It's mind boggling that Appel has yet to push an update to fix this issue. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH!!!
Same issue here, no amount of phone/watch reset events or changing or Siri settings is working!

Which iOS and watchOS versions do you have?
it was working on watchos 5, then i updated to watchos 6.1 and start the error... then update to developer 6.1.1 still not working...
and which iPhone model (connected to your watch) and its actual iOS version do you have?
apple watch series 1, and an iphone 7 with the latest iOS 13.2.3 and not working, yesterday i installed 13.3 beta to try and still not working, its frustrating...
