iTunes not connecting to my SE or my 7

My iPhone 7 and SE are not connecting to iTunes but my iPhone 5 can and I have not updated that in ages. I keep getting error code 0xE800000A. HELP!

Try iOS device not showing in iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. You may need to remove and reinstall iTunes. If you've updated your devices to iOS 13 the you will need to install the latest version of iTunes, 12.10.0.7.
