Can I add an Apple Credit card on my Childs iPhone? He is under the age of 13

My son is under the age of 13 and I’m wondering if I can add an apple card or a credit card on their iPhones so they can use it

You cannot.

An Apple Card requires the holder to be 18 years or older.

What you can do instead is enroll your child in Family Sharing.
