Adding photos to albums in IOS13

I have updated to IOS13 and in photos I no longer have the option to add selected photos to albums. The only available option are send or delete. Is this a glitch?

Where are you selecting the photos? When I select some photos in the "All Photos" album, and then click the "Share" button, I am seeing "Add to Album" in the list of sharing options. Did you scroll through all sharing options to see the full list?

Thank you-I was working from ‘Recent’ album, as I’d always previously done. When in ‘All photos’ I can now see the ‘add to’ option when I scroll. Not as easy/quick as before but at least I can now still do this. I appreciate your reply.

The "Recents" album seems to be behaving a bit buggy. Sometimes I can select and add photos to an album there, sometimes not.
