I deleted a note from my notes but I don’t see the deleted folder, is there another way I can get my note back?

If you do not see a deleted folder, then the only option would be to restore the phone to a backup that was made when the note was still on the phone. Remember, restoring the phone will delete everything done since that backup. No backup, no note.
