I’m paying for a family plan for Apple Music. My daughter (who’s phone # the account seems to be under) and my husband can use it without a problem but I can’t.

Can you help to straighten this out please ?

My daughter (who’s phone # the account seems to be under) …

Apple Music subscriptions are not tied to devices or phone numbers. Apple Music subscriptions are linked to and accessible to Apple ID accounts. Even if your daughter is the one who set the Apple Music Family subscription.

… and my husband can use it without a problem but I can’t. Can you help to straighten this out please ?

If you can’t see iCloud Music Library on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

First, restart your iOS device.

If you still can't see it after the restart:

1. Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.

2. Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.
