How can I recover/unlock my ipad/passcode?
You need to erase it using your home computer with iTunes, by following the directions in this link EXACTLY: If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
My response above doesn't apply that someone was trying to use your iPad. I was also involved in another thread about a lost iPad.
You need to use the link I provided above to get back into your iPad. There are no other options.

Yes, absolutely. Many people use a laptop as their home computer, myself included.
But I got requested to respond from my locked Ipad. Which is disabled.
That would be someone trying to use your iPad. DO NOT RESPOND. If you do or did, you made the iPad theirs.
I guess I made too many attempt. First I was given a minutes to try, then I think five or an hour and lastly disabled.
