Are you referring to iCloud storage or local device storage? For the device's storage it depends on the model.
The 6th gen iPad you can get with 32 or 128 GBs. The iPad Air you can get with either 64 or 256 GBs, same for iPad mini. iPad Pro is available in either 64 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB.
The maximum for iCloud Storage is 2 TB.
