How to clean keyboard?
Any advice on how I can safely clean my white desktop keyboard without using any moisture? Apple gives no real direction on this as far as I can see. I have ruined 2 with wipes.... Thanks so much!

This is not the recommended way to clean the keyboard, but it's served me well for the ten years I've had mine.
I use Q-Tips moistened with Windex (I spray the Windex onto the Q-Tip and then blot it on a sheet of paper towel until it's just moist). Then I rub the keys with the moistened Q-Tip and finish by rubbing with a dry Q-Tip.
It's best to set aside some time when you're very bored to perform this task. 😎

From the page I linked…
"Peripherals
Apple wireless or USB keyboards, mice, and trackpads
First, power off the device. If your device uses removable batteries, remove the batteries. (If your device is wired, simply unplug it from your computer.)
Next, clean the outside of your device with a lint-free cloth lightly
moistened with water. Don't get moisture in any openings or use aerosol
sprays, solvents, abrasives, or cleaners containing hydrogen peroxide."

Thanks so much for your speedy reply however, unless I'm confused - Apple's instruction tells me nothing about cleaning the keyboard.
Well that explains why it's taken you ten years. 😎
THANK YOU! This is at least a REAL answer - apple tells you nothing! Very grateful!!!
And I haven't finished yet!
You're welcome.
