How can I fix having two different Apple IDs?
Somewhere along the way my iCloud and App Store ID’s split, with two different email addresses. Is there any way to get them to be the same? It’s quite frustrating to deal with. Thank you!

You are welcome. If you never use iCloud, it is relatively easy. Go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud, scroll to the bottom and sign out of your iCloud ID. Then sign in with the ID you use for the App Store. If you are syncing any data to iCloud, you may lose it.
If you are syncing data to iCloud, there may be some data loss, but you can minimize it. If syncing photos with iCloud, ensure Optimization is turned off in Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Photos and/or in Photos/Preferences/iCloud. Then make sure full resolution photos are on the device/computer. When signing out of iCloud, if asked whether you want to retain data, choose yes. Messages conversations will be lost if they are addressed to the ID. See Winston Churchill's response in the below discussion.

Thanks for the reply! Just for clarification - there’s no way for me to go back to the way I had it before, with one Apple ID for both the iCloud and App Store? I don’t necessarily need to merge them, I never use iCloud.
You can't merge Apple (iCloud) IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
Thanks so much, didn’t realize it was that easy! Would’ve changed it a long time ago had I known LOL.
You are welcome.
