MacBook Pro 2018 video graphics card glitches

Hello!

I have a MacBook Pro 2018 15 inch.

I experience occasional screen glitches (probably coming from the Graphics Card), which happen during

  • Skype (every call)
  • Youtube (often)
  • Chrome browsing (less frequent).

happening since I purchased it in Nov, 2018

Any idea what it could be? It looks like a driver issue.

Video issues are hard to diagnose remotely. If your purchase date is Nov 2018, your one-year warranty is still in force. I recommend making an appointment to have Apple look at it. In older MacBook Pros they had the diagnostic equipment in the stores to quickly test for video hardware problems.


In the meantime, you can do an SMC reset to see if that changes the behavior:
