Disabled account

How to reactivate your iTunes / apple account after it has been disabled by Apple? ITunes I have Paid out 1000’s of dollars in my music. In ITunes. So what gives Apple the right to deactivate my account keeping me away from my personal property that I have purchased?

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it states that it is disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple support. See: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
