My iPhone 7 Plus got updated recently with 12.3..1
after the update most of the time, when ever call comes I am unable to attend it. Sometimes the phone rings but could not see the page/screen of incoming call.
certain time the call might have disconnected but phone will be continuously ringing.
even the reset option of power+home button doesn’t work.
please help me from this issue

hard resetting iPhone 7plus is not power+home button
check on how to reset iPhone various models here
Restore as new means then no meaning in doing all those updates till date. Is there any other way, or additional updates from apple to kill the issue
