Hi. I need to connect to wifi and distribute it to other devices at the same time. It should be like this: a user connects to the laptop (by entering a password) and he must use the Internet to which I am connected.

Can't be done. If you wnat to share an Internet connection you must connect to the router using Ethernet then share that connection using WIFI. WIFI can not have two separate connections (your connection to the Internet and your connection to other devices) at the same time.

As mentioned by BobTheFisherman, it would only sort of work if
you are connected via ethernet and then create a WiFi network
on the Mac. I say sort of, because any device that can see any other
WiFi network can connect to any of them if they have a password or just simply
connect if it is some unsecured WiFi. So, there is really no way to "force" anyone
to use your connection.
