I’m trying to renew my Apple Music and I have $10 of iTunes gift cards that shows on my Apple ID buy every time I try to renew it won’t let me and I usually always do it this way.

Oh I see. It might be because you need a valid payment method, and your iTunes balance is set aside for an upcoming or outstanding bill.
Did you redeem the cards?
View your Apple ID balance

See also if you have any other active subscriptions. It might be an app billing you ,that you weren’t aware of (very common)
To manage subscriptions and turn off Automatic Renewal, follow the instructions here:
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
cancel any you do not wish to subscribe to
