Click on the track, and then hit command+I, or right click, control+click or two finger click (track pad) and then on "Get Info" to access the Track's info. You can edit anything you want there.

Tahoe doesn't have iTunes. iTunes hasn't been a thing since it was replaced by the Apple Music app in Catalina 6 years ago.

As to the Apple Music app, Apple didn't do much to it, beyond moving the playback bar to the bottom of the screen. Everything else, still works as it did before Tahoe.

If you are having issues with the Apple Music app, please clarify what those are, and someone may be able to help you resolve them.

I guess I wasn't clear, I know how to edit the info, my real question is how do you advance to the next song on the album? They have taken the forward and back arrows away. So what I am experiencing is I have to click okay, then do the get info process over for every song. As for the name change that is just a matter of semantics as they still call the store iTunes Music Store.

You did not say you wanted to advance to the next song in your original post.

Anyway if the album contains more songs, there should be a set of chevrons at the bottom left corner of the details page to move between the songs.

If there is no option there, then the album either has no other songs, or the song is no longer a part of the album it was in before.
