.BIN to .MP4 File - How to convert on my Mac

I've been trying to get this .bin file converted to an .mp4 file. I'm not educated in this particular file, I know there's a 7 bit video file on it which I need. If there's any way to retrieve this footage, I would be extremely grateful. Here's the link below to the file, if needed or please provide steps/ideas on how I can convert it.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, we shot a short clip and the footage was stored in a .bin file on the SD card. Not sure how our videographer did it.

What you believe you have here and what you are showing here are in conflict.

This bin file is approximately empty, and absolutely cannot contain audio or video data.

This file doesn’t identify itself as anything useful. This file does not contain audio or video data. Of any sort. This file barely contains anything. This is the whole file, with two bytes of 1, five bytes of zero (and which is a few million bytes short of even being possibly useful):

There is nothing useful here, and nothing to convert. No audio. No video.

Contact your videographer, and request that they (re)provide the files, and preferably using a file format you can access.

This .bin file is not useful.
