Apple Watch: Constant HR review review

Hello,

I recently as Christmas gift bought apple watch 11 for my older father to track health. I kinda did everything in need, but wanna ask. Is it possible to make HR show constantly on screen ( ceferblat) i found just that I can put shortcut, which when being pressed can take to HR app.

Also, how to review oxygen level?
