Syncing iCloud with Windows 11 ARM

Hi,

I am trying to set up my Windows 11 ARM vm on my MacBook Air M1 using Parallels v20. So far so good, but I have hit an issue getting iCloud to work. It installs fine, but does not offer me the ability to sync contacts and calendar with Outlook. I have tried multiple things such as App specific password but no progress. The iCloud App only offers to sync photos, iCloud Drive, and browser favourites. Outlook does not show iCloud contacts or iCloud Calendar.
