Apple ID disabled for App Store/iTunes; cannot download apps

Hello Apple Support Team,


My Apple ID has been disabled for the App Store and iTunes.

I have already changed my Apple ID password as requested, but the issue still persists.

I am unable to download or update any apps, including free applications.


This Apple ID is very important to me, and I rely on it daily.

I kindly request a full review of my account and immediate re-enablement if possible.

If there is any outstanding issue on my account, please let me know what steps are required to resolve it.

Actually, changing your password is the solution for a different account disabled reason (security reasons), not this one.


If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support read that eponymous support article if you see that message or one saying: “You cannot login because your account has been locked.” This is not something anybody on this forum can resolve for you. Tap or click on this link and choose the self help method, or a contact option ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 .

The special contact link I provided above is the most direct contact method to get to the right people at Apple and it is the one Apple suggests you use.
