iPhone 16 Pro iTunes app issues. Has anyone had issues with trying to get a new ringtone on iTunes?

Before I could type in the artist name and the songs/music videos and ringtones would pop up. Now the ringtones don’t. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone but still having issues. "
