HomePod Gen2 on OS 26.3: Cannot reset, looping music

I recently bought a used Homepod Gen2. Upon setting up the Homepod, I realise that it is currently running on OS 26.3 (23K5585c). The problem is that I can’t reset it to factory and it is looping my music library. Tried to stop it from playing also not succesful. Can I downgrade the OS to 26.2?
