Why is one of my games restricted from playing on?
I’m a Screen Time person. My grandmother downloaded this game. It was for 9+, but now it is 13+. My minimum age rating for apps to download is 9 or below. Is there anyway to undo this? Please let me know in the comments.
You are posting to a community forum where Apple users try to help other Apple users. There is nothing we can do to change the age restriction set by a game developer. And we cannot help you "undo" the restriction. The only thing you can do is contact the game developer and ask them to change it back. The link below may be helpful.
