If you haven't already :

You may want: To track the status of an existing repair case:

Go to this webpage:, and click the "Track the status of an existing repair" link

(located below the rectangular blue button)

Sorry there seems to be no "official email ID" for Apple, although plenty of contact options are available..

You can contact Apple Support (online chat / phone / email etc.) via their Support webpage:

Eg: if needed: scroll right to the bottom where it says:

"Still need help?

Tell us more and we’ll guide you to a solution.

Get Started"

Official Apple Support

or

You may want to: Use the Apple Support app

or

For Apple phone numbers around the world: See: Contact Apple Support - Apple Support

Scroll to "Connect with live support"

"Get phone support from Apple. Start by choosing your country or region".
