Apple Pay shipping address is very problematic if you want to ship somewhere other than yourself.

Apple doesn’t see the information because that’s part of the privacy protection that Apple Pay provides. If you’re having shipping address issues contact the merchant’s support team. Also, be sure to check your shipping address that you’ve entered in the Apple Contracts app on your iPhone.
As a consumer, the problem is not privacy. The problem is that it defaults to your address on Contacts. I want to use Apple Pay to ship to somewhere other than my home address. ITS A BIG PROBLEM for someone who uses Apple Pay. Other family members have the same problem. The solution is not the Contacts app but allowing an option for a different shipping address.
One of the multiple addresses Apply Pay has for my home - it has nine different ones. When one is checking out with Apple Pay it autofills with one of them. When checking out from an online site, it autofills to one of them for the shipping address. Using my contact card is not feasible shopping online when I went to send to someone else.
Try adding the different shipping address at this path,
iPhone > Settings > scroll down > Apps > Safari > AutoFill > Credit Cards > add shipping address to credit card information. You can also disable Contact Information
Changing contact information on the iOS platform is not efficacious or useful in checking out from a website. I simply want to check out even taking the time to fill out the one time new shipping address that I will never use again. iOS requires a new format for using Apple Pay, may go to payment method previously.
Protect your privacy and helping to prevent fraud is not always the simplest of tasks. Apple follows industry standard guidelines that are many times required by the banks. However, the standards are updated and modified as banks and tech companies receive feedback from their customers.

What address is entered at this path,
iPhone > Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > Apple Pay Defaults > Shipping Address > enter new address or edit previous address
Remove the incorrect addresses using the edit button in the upper right.
Yep. Still does not help with a different shipping address. Apple Pay is not efficacious for a different shipping address when at checkout out.
