Multiple questions about my phone screen damage pls help asap!

I had a recent screen malfunction, my screen turning green and stripes and eventually blacking out but it faded slowly back to normal. Is this from battery damage as I use a MacBook charger to charge my phone? Is my phone good as I restarted it multiple times? I noticed as my brightness is lower, a lot of the colors seem brighter or more saturated, I messed with all the display settings and even compared with other phones. Is this due to my screen malfunction?

Probably not.

No, if the screen is still not appearing normal. Make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to have the phone checked and tested.

You can find a list of authorized service shops in your area using this link:

I use a charger from a MacBook to charge my iPhone. The charger can output about 29W of negotiated USB-C Power Delivery power, or 15W of 5V power. But it's charging circuitry inside the iPhone that decides how much power to draw, out of what is offered. (Short of something like a direct lightning strike.)

So I don't think the MacBook charger will have damaged your battery, let alone in such a way as to cause those symptoms.
