Apple Watch 11 SOS activating unexpectedly

Apple Watch 11 SOS is consistently going off while playing basketball. Was never an issue with my Apple Watch 7. But I can't play for more than 10 minutes without the SOS signal going off.

Have reset the watch and paired it again. I have the SOS side button disabled and have turned fall detection off. Doesn't matter it still goes off.

Anyone have ideas?
