Iphone 14 pro, account disabled, activation lock, can't unlock my account by the site.

You'll need to unlock the account first. Then just enter your password on the iPhone to get past Activation Lock.

To get a direct chat option go through https://getsupport.apple.com and follow the prompts to enter your issue, if at the end of the process it is found to be eligible for further call and/or chat support the option should be presented under the "More Support options" button at the bottom of the page after your issue has been entered.
