After OS update of 26.2, missing outlook complication of "up-Next" on Apple Watch 7.0. The outlook app also does not opens on the Apple watch. Big challenge for people who cannot use third part apps (due to exchange accounts)

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
In case this does not work, try to delete the Outlook app and download it again from the AppStore on your watch.
Did you set the watch up as a new device, to make sure the backup data is not corrupted?
You will lose your created watch faces and might have to activate the cards in the Wallet app again.

In case this does not work either, let Apple and the developer know about the issue by using the Feedback link and contacting them:

Outlook app for iphone and for Watch are written by Microsoft, I believe they still have a support site.
That's a big leap of faith to assume that if it works on your watch there is no issue. I have an Ultra 3 and Outlook complications were working fine with OS 26.1. I upgraded to OS 26.2 and Outlook complications stopped working. I can open Outlook on my watch via the Outlook App, but the complications are 100% not working.
Exactly same behaviour here. All great with 26.1. (and earlier). With 26.2. neither Outlook on the watch nor complication is working at all on Ultra 3. Its really annoying as I was heavily using this. :(
Uninstall outlook from phone and watch.
Unpair the watch and set up again as a new watch, losing all saved faces.
Reinstall Outlook on iphone, and therefore on Watch, and add back the accounts if necessary.
Recreate the face.
Try again.
I tried all three of the above and Outlook Complications are still not working.
Did all - Force restart, remove and re-install outlook App and finally Watch Reset.
FWIW I installed Outlook on my iphone SE3, it automatically installed on my Watch SE2 and it all works including the complication
There is no inherent problem with iOS 26 or OS 26
