How to withdraw funds from VUBEmax Crypto Exchange app?

Dear fellow investors, having been trading with stocks and shares and crypto over recent months I have used various platforms to do so. Recently I downloaded VUBEmax from the Apple store and have opened an account and profited USDC on various trades so far already. I have also managed to withdraw some of the funds without any problems whatsoever although some reviews out there are claiming that this App has caused individuals problems when it comes to withdrawing funds and they have also even been accused of being involved in some kind of fraudulent scam. Has anybody in the community had any problems with them personally or heard of any relevant information backing up these claims of fraud?
