Iphone 12 red battery logo charging bug

Hello, i have an iphone 12 running ios 26.0.1. When the battery fully runs out and shows the red battery logo i plug it in and it wont power itself on by itself but it will still accept the charge when i unplug the phone and power it on my self it gets the full charge, usually it turns on by itself on the charger after fully running out of battery, even if i hold the power button when plugged in on the red battery logo it wont turn on i have to unplug it and power it on myself
