I have a problem with Boot Camp. Every time I press 'Continue', it always shows this message, and restarting doesn't work.

Boot Camp is a way to dual-boot Windows on Intel-based Macs, and won't work with Macs with Apple Silicon like your M1. If you need Windows, you can either use a virtual machine like Parallels or purchase a dedicated Windows computer.
