iPhone 13 Pro Max back camera won't focus

Hello, Looking to see if anyone has had the same issue as me. I have a IPhone 13 Pro Max, I am the only owner since purchasing it new when it came out. My phone since day 1 has always been kept in a OtterBox Defender case with a tempered glass screen protector and a tempered glass camera lens cover for the back camera. A few months ago however I was at a friends baby shower and was taking photos and videos when my back camera went out of focus, as it does when adjusting zoom. However the focus never came back. At first I though it was the tempered glass lens so I took it off and nothing. Visually looking at the back cameras there isn't a smudge, crack, or scratch anywhere on the lens yet the camera won't focus at any level. Everything looks like a blurry out of focus mess when trying to take a photo or video. This is greatly upsetting as I don't think this is any fault of my own for this issue arising. I have tried everything including transferring all of my data and factory resetting but nothing has resolved this issue. Anyone else experience this?
