That's right. You won't be offered an update to iOS 18.7.3 on your iPhone 11 at this point. As of the release of iOS 26.2, Apple stopped signing iOS 18 releases for devices which are eligible for iOS 26.2, which your iPhone 11 is capable of running. If you want to update your iPhone, you'll have to update to iOS 26.2.

Kurtosis12's suggestion to update using your computer will help you if you don't have enough space on your phone to update over the air. A 64GB iPhone simply isn't enough memory anymore. All new iPhones Apple sell today, start at 256GB. Maxing out the storage on an iPhone makes them run sluggishly, so you might want to give serious consideration to getting a new iPhone at this point.

Try updating using a computer, it requires less free space on your phone.
