dropped iphone 15 in water

I dropped my iphone 15 in my dogs bowl of water. I got it out within milliseconds and blasted the ports with an air canister (typically used to clean electronics of dust). I didn't turn it off until a bit after it happened and I googled what I should do. Its now in front of a fan.

How long should I leave it turned off and in front of the fan for? / is it going to be ok?
