iPhone 15 cracked case replacement and trade-in

ONLY, if you have Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider fix the phone. It won't be worth anything in trade if someone else replaces any parts on the phone.

You say cracked case. What exactly is cracked? The screen? The back glass?

If you have it replaced by Apple or an authorized service provider, you can trade it in.

If you do it yourself or have it done by an unauthorized shop, Apple won't touch it except to recycle it. It will have zero trade in value.
