Apps downloading automatically on iPhone

why is my phone downloading apps without me downloading them?

I haven’t had Facebook since 2013, last night it was in my App Library under recently added, I think I would’ve remembered downloading the app because my phone is set up to require an Apple password for media purchases. And no I’m not signed into any other devices besides my watch and Roku tv. Can somebody help me?
