iPhone 16 problem with Apple wallet and emoticons delay

i have a iPhone 16 from 2 monta more or less. I have problem with emoticon delay while I’m editing and also it is kit possibile to upload credit card and debit card on Apple wallet. After 3 weekend of calling Apple it was not possible to solve both problems. Really embarassing!
