Apple TV Ads With Sound on Silenced iphone Games

I understand there are ads in games. That's no biggie. But I do expect that when I have a game on silent, the ads stay silent as well. Some don't and it's annoying.

HOWEVER...

This morning at 4 AM I'm playing a game and an APPLE TV ad comes up, takes over, diverts me to Safari, and getting back was like a salmon swimming upstream. WORSE, it came up again, and this time with SOUND (remember, 4 AM???)

I turned the sound all the way down. I put the phone on silent. IT DIDN'T WORK. I had to stop playing the game.

I am furious about this. Even if this is the show's producers putting these ads in, Apple's name is on the ad, and I expect better from the company that made my phone, and whose computers I have been buying for years.
